Verifying for extreme number

Writing functions:

isextnumber(x)

Returns 1 if the variable value is stored extreme number, otherwise returns 0.

The is next number function checks whether a given variable is an extreme number.

Now you can use this function to check any variable for the extremity of a number. It takes one argument - a variable that needs to be checked.
